If orders are received before 1pm, usually the next business day. We ship from Auckland via courier.
Who?
We use Fastway, New Zealand Couriers and NZ Post with track and trace.
How much?
FREE Shipping on consumables. Other items are charged at $2 per kg, with a max of $18+GST. Heavy items shipped down south may require extra shipping charges, we'll be in touch if this is the case.
Returns
If you have ordered the wrong ink/toner, just send it back to us, as long as the product is unopened and in original condition, we will refund your money less a handling fee $5+GST and shipping. Products must be returned within 7 days of order to be eligible for refund.
Cancellations
If you have ordered and/or paid for a product you may cancel your order and receive a refund less a $5+GST handling fee, provided the product has not been shipped. Orders that have been shipped may be returned according to the above returns policy.
